Checking In & Out

  • Guest can check in starting at 2 pm on the day of arrival.

  • Guest must check out by 11 am on the day of departure.

Digital Key

  • Digital entry to the front door.

    Your access code will be sent within twenty-four (24) hours of check-in. You will receive a separate message with an eKey if you download the app. Please only share your digital access code with those included on the reservation.

Cleaning Service

  • A professional cleaning service cleans the home before and after each guest. The cleaning crew will be at the house shortly after checking out to prepare for the next guest.

Parking

  • Private parking on the property for up to three cars. Street parking is available.

    The carport is available. Great for when it rains.

Non-Smoking

  • A fee of up to 250 USD will be assessed for smoking inside the home.

Transfer Services

  • Black & Maitland Rentals schedules transfer between an airport and the home.

    Transfers must be coordinated three (3) days before your arrival. Send your arrival and departure flight information to pass it on to the company we partner with.

  • Arrivals only: Taxi services are available at the airport. After leaving customs, you will have option to take a taxi to the house.

    The house address is 59 9th Avenue, Newton Terrace, Christ Church. After the roundabout by the Gildan factory. The house is the second house on the left-hand side.

Grocery Services

  • Our grocery concierge service provides delivery of a starter grocery package in time for your arrival.

    Your groceries will be delivered and neatly arranged (cold items in freeze/refrigerator), with a detailed summary of items attached for review.

  • We only offer starter groceries as the following:

    • Produce

    • Dairy

    • Bread

    • Juice

    • Coffee

    • And more

    Subject to availability

Stocked Items

  • Guest are welcome to use the available items in the pantry. You will find essentials like:

    • White Rice

    • Oatmeal

    • Flour

    • Salt & pepper

    • Dry seasoning

    • Cooking oil

    • Olive oil

    • Tea bags

    • Hot chocolate and Milo

    • And more goodies

  • You will find plates, mugs, spoons, knives, forks, glassware, pots, and pans in the kitchen cabinets.

    On the Kitchen counter, you will have a Keurig coffee maker. Guests will be responsible for their purchase of coffee. You can utilize the Grocery Concierge service to organize your customized grocery delivery.

  • Guest will have fresh, clean towels, hand towels, and wash clothes available. Hand soap will be placed on the counter. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper.

    The bathroom design is a wet shower.

    The home does not come with bath soap, shampoo, or conditioner.

Laundry Room

  • As an added benefit, as our guest, you have access to the laundry.

Safety

  • Although this is a very quiet and safe neighborhood, cameras surrounding the property help you feel more protected. The camera in the common area is only activated during maintenance, cleaning, and between visits. The indoor camera will not be on during your stay.

Door Access

  • There are physical keys for the other doors in the home. We ask that you only use those keys to open and close the doors and not remove the keys from the property. There will be a fee assessed for lost keys.
